Cancellation policy

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. There is no end date for a subscription, we will continue to charge your card at the selected frequency until you log in to either pause or cancel your subscription.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your subscription confirmation email and subscription reminder emails have links to your account area, where you can manage your subscription. You will need to create an account with us first. 

How subscriptions work

Once your subscription is set up, we will automatically renew your order and charge your card at the frequency you selected for the order you placed. 

If you choose a weekly frequency, your order will be renewed and your card will be charged the same day each week. For example, if you place your initial order on a Monday, your card will always be charged on a Monday.

If you choose a monthly frequency, your order will be renewed and your card will be charged on the same day of the month that you placed the initial order. For example, if you placed the initial order on the 15th, your card will always be charged on the 15th. If you place your initial order on the 31st, you will always be charged on the last day of the month.

The day your card is charged is not the delivery date.

  • If your card is charged Monday - Thursday, your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following day.
  • If you card is charged on a Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery on or before Monday.
  • If you card is charged over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery Tuesday

You'll receive a reminder email from us, two days before your order is due to renew so that you can make any desired changes.

Managing your subscription

We try to make managing subscriptions as easy as possible, so if you ever want to change or update anything, you can you can create a Love Logs account here

  • Pause or cancel your subscription
  • Add items to your subscription, either as a recurring order or as a one-off.
  • Change your shipping frequency
  • Update billing and shipping info
  • Change to the next size up or down
  • Add a discount code to your next order

Just log into your account and click 'Manage Subscription' and you'll see all of your available options.
