Shipping policy

Delivery is free when you spend over £30 on a single order, or £4.50 when you spend less than £30 for most of mainland UK.

Surcharges may apply to Scottish Highlands and offshore areas.

We're really sorry, but due to changes in customs requirements, we no longer ship to Northern Ireland 😢

DELIVERY SCHEDULE 📦

• We offer next working day delivery on all of our boxed wood products for orders placed before 1pm or two working days for orders placed after 1pm. The table below shows order day vs delivery day
• You can upgrade to guaranteed Saturday delivery for a surcharge of £6.95 for most of the UK before 1pm on Friday
• Delivery may be slightly longer for our bulk deliveries, please check the product page for more information
• Surcharges may apply for delivery to some areas including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man and the Chanel Islands
• Not going to be in on the delivery date? DPD will allow you to request an alternative delivery date or nominate a neighbour, parcel shop or safe place for the driver to leave your order. Just click 'Show Options' in the text/email you receive from them once your order is dispatched

When ordering over a bank holiday, please add one working day to the delivery time

• Please do not request our courier leave your items in a safe place unless it is protected from rain. Due to our plastic-free packaging, your items need to be kept dry at all times - so if you don't have a weatherproof safe place, please arrange for your items to be delivered another day
• All of our products (other than bulk firewood delivery) are delivered in cardboard boxes that weigh less than 28kg so that you can comfortably carry and store them - this may mean that your order comes split across a few boxes
• All of our delivery partners offer contactless delivery
• We currently deliver to Great Britain only

RETURNS

• You have 30 days to return any unused products to us for any reason in their original condition, just post your goods back to us at Love Logs Limited, Compton Farm, Compton Abdale, GL54 4DL
• We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving the goods
• To be eligible for a refund, you must return the whole product unburned and in a sellable condition, please don't send us a half-used box of logs!
• We are unable to offer a replacement or refund if you request your items to be left in a safe place that is unprotected from rain, or left in a place that is not secure - we will use delivery photos to understand if items have been requested to be left outdoors
• If the goods are faulty or not in the condition you'd expect, please contact us at info@love-logs.com to arrange a free collection
• Please note that where an order is returned to us because the courier was unable to deliver, either due to incorrect address details being provided, you as the recipient being absent but providing no alternative delivery options, or requesting delivery to a parcel shop then failing to collect within 7 days, we will issue a refund for the value of the goods minus a £9 return fee.
