For episode 2 of our YouTube Chef series, I was lucky enough travel down to London and spend a couple of days cooking with food writer, live fire chef and celebrated author Melissa Thompson, who we're lucky enough to call both a customer of Love Logs as well as a friend.

Melissa and I cooked in her garden for a couple of days... well, she cooked and I was a willing sous chef, recipe tester and school run helper!

First up we cooked her Seafood Barbecue Boil which you can find in her new book, Fired Up. Seafood is one of the more challenging things to cook on a BBQ and something I absolutely need to cook more of, so I was super excited to watch Melissa pull this one together.
